Company “Kapiteli.ge” established in 2007. Oriented on projection and construction of residential, commercial and public buildings. In 2008 the company started one of the innovative projects in Georgia - production of foam-blocks. The management of the company actively works on possibility of extracting and processing of natural stones (granite, marble limestone, marble).
The company owes the motor car park and architectural/structural engineering material resources. Based on project the company imports construction and facing (covering) materials from CIS and EU countries:

Bank project assumes reconstruction of historical building and is executed based on historical researches done by Ministry of Culture.
Business Center is located next to bank office. The Elevation of this building is the perfect mixture of the modern and historical architectural elements. This fact guarantees unified exterior design. These buildings will be executed with high quality humidity resistant materials, which guarantee the long-term exploitation.

Reconstruction of residential project in old historical part of Tbilisi, near the Sioni Cathedral. For reconstruction of this building the historical photos have been searched and the building was redesigned to its initial historical condition.
